subject to additional requirements that show they are behaving and can behave as good corporate citizens.
Require additional tangible evidence that new safety procedures have been put in place and require
additional financial bond insuring against defect in their new activities. Require regulators to document
these procedures and have an additional layer of protection by having an administrative court or senior
level official certify BP has met these additional new requirements that other felons don't have to meet.
we should all want to be productive and successful, but we also need additional protection and peace of
mind that they are being differentially monitored. And this process/policy should apply to any company
that has had a major accident.
